    Help protect your printhead between production days and keep the capping station properly hydrated with DTFSOLUTIONS Wet Capping Solution. Designed specifically for short-term wet capping, this solution is used to saturate the printhead resting cap at the end of the business day so the printhead rests against a moist, printer-safe environment while the machine is idle.

    Printer Compatibility: Designed for DTF and DTG printers. Also works with other specialty printers that utilize Epson printheads, provided the printer's ink-delivery system and recommended maintenance procedure support this type of solution.

    Regular wet capping is a simple but important part of preventative printer care. When used as directed, it helps reduce drying around the nozzle plate and supports more reliable startups, cleaner nozzle checks, and less avoidable downtime - especially with white-ink DTG and DTF systems that require consistent maintenance.

    How to Use

    At the end of the production day, apply enough solution to saturate the clean printhead resting cap on the capping station, then park the printhead according to your printer's normal shutdown procedure. Follow your equipment manufacturer's maintenance recommendations.

    Important: This product is for wet capping and short-term maintenance only. It is not a printhead cleaning, flushing, or unclogging solution.
